In 2001, I received a phone call from an old school friend whom I hadn't seen for over 20 years. Looking back now I realise that call was destined because it changed the course of my life forever. The caller had become an acupuncturist and I was completely fascinated by the principles of ancient Chinese medicine she outlined to me. This inspired me to train as a Five Element Acupuncturist at The College of Traditional Acupuncture, in Leamington Spa. This was one of the first training colleges in the UK, founded in the early 1960's.
I am passionate about my work because it looks at a person as a whole, seeking to discover the root cause of their problem.
